 What is Blood Pressure?

Normal blood pressure is less than 120 mmHg systolic & less than 80 mmHg diastolic.Blood pressure is know as commonly BP. The heart contracts  then the blood is pumped from your heart through the artieries into your body. The blood puts a force agianst the blood artery.This pressure is known as systolic blood pressure.High blood pressure is the most danger factor for stroke.

Causes of Blood Pressure
  1. The body weight increases, the blood pressure rises.
  2. Obese people are two to six times more likely to develop high blood pressure than people whose weight is within a healthy
  3. Some people have high sensitivity to salt ,Their blood pressure increases if they use salt. Reducing sodium intake tends to lower their blood pressure range.
  4. The many people are drinking of alcohol more than 1 to 2 times at  every day.It is increase the blood pressure
  5. Some women takes birth control pills.these increase the high blood pressure
Effects on body
  1. Kidneys are the marvellous filters of the body. The kidneys filter wastes from our bodies. Over time, high blood pressure can narrow and thicken the blood vessels of the kidneys. Thus, the kidneys cannot do their job well, and wastes build up in the blood.
  2. High blood pressure is a major danger factor for heart attacks. If the heart cannot get enough oxygen because of narrowed or hardened arteries, chest pain (angina) can occur. If the flow of blood is blocked, a heart attack results.
  3. High blood pressure is effect on the brain.High blood pressure can also damage the brain. Blood vessels in the brain can breakage or get damged, just like blood vessels where in the body. The difference is that if a blood vessel breakage in the brain, the bleeding can cause serious problems, or even death. This bleeding is called a hemorrhage.
Treatment
  1. Eat a healthy, low-fat, balanced diet, including plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables
  2. Stop smoking. Smoking greatly increases your probability of getting heart and lung diseases
  3. Maintance the your body weight
  4. Use less salt & sodium in your's Diet
